Milani Color Statement Moisture Matte Lipstick - Matte Blissful

Hola! hoy vengo con el review de otro labial de la Línea Color Statement Moisture matte lipsticks de Milani. En esta ocasión del tono Blissful. Este tono es parte de los nudes de a colección, en el tubo se ve un poco "mauve" pero en los labios, al menos en mi tono de piel, es un rosa muy lindo y natural. 

Me encanta para cuando no tengo mucho tiempo de pensar en que labial usar y también porque al ser un color bastante neutral, se adapta a cualquier outfit. De este labial ya les hablé un poquito en mi video haul del mes de abril. 

La fórmula no es tan seca pero si es matte así que recuerden humectar y exfoliar sus labios cuando los van a usar. Con este tono en específico he notado que luego de varias horas de tenerlo se me ve un poco "chalky" por lo que tengo que retirarlo todo y volver a aplicarlo. Es lo único no tan bueno que tengo que decir porque me gusta muchísimo el color, el look y el empaque. Ya han probado estos labiales? cuál es su favorito?

Hi! today i have review from another of my picks from the Milani Color Statement Moisture Matte Lipsticks. This one is Matte Blissful and is on the nude side of the collection, on the tube it looks like a mauve pink but on my lips and my skin tone it looks like a very natural nude pink. 

I love to wear it when i don't have a lot of time to think about which lipstick i want to wear and since is very neutral it looks great with any outfit! I talk about it a little more on my April haul on my youtube channel. 

The formula its not too dry but since it is matte remember always to hydrate and exfoliate your lips please. I've noticed it gets a little chalky after some wearing hours and i got to remove it and re apply it, but thats the only complain i have about this lipstick, i really love it, how it looks on me and of course i love the packaging! Have you tried this lipsticks? which color is your favorite?

Milani Color Statement Moisture Matte Lipstick - Matte Confident

Hola! Hoy tengo swatches y review del labial Matte Confident de la línea Color Statement Moisture Matte. Estos labiales salieron a fin de año en Estados Unidos y desconozco desde cuando llegaron a Panamá pero cuando fui a comprarlos ya quedaban pocos colores, y no pude conseguir uno que me interesaba mucho, de todas formas; soy fan de Milani porque me parece que es una marca accesible y de buena calidad, además que varios de sus productos los podemos encontrar en nuestra ciudad. 

Este labial es un tono rojo clásico, perfecto para el diario, de acabado matte. La fórmula ofrece bastante pigmentación pero como todo labial matte, tiende a resecar los labios. El empaque también me parece hermoso, dorado con un toque del color del labial en la base, super elegante. 

Les dejo un par de fotos para que observen como luce en mis labios. Tienen alguno de estos labiales? Cuál es su favorito? 

Hi! Today i have swatches and review from Matte Confident lipstick from the Color statement moisture Matte lipsticks by Milani. These colors came out last year I don’t really remember if it was December 2014, and I don’t know how long they have been available here in Panamá but when I went to buy some there wasn’t many of them and I couldn’t get a color I was really interested in, but anyway Im a huge Milani fan because I think their products are very affordable and they offer very good quality, also because it’s easy to find them here in Panama city. 

This lipstick is a classic red with kind of blue undertones, I think its an amazing everyday red, it has a matte finish of course, its very pigmented but they do tend to dry the lips a little bit. I love the packaging too, the tube is golden and it has a hint of the color on the base, I think its very classy! 

So here’s a couple pictures so you can see how does it look on my lips! Don’t forget to tell me if you own any of this lipsticks or which one is your fave?

Christmas Holly Nails

Hola!! Hoy  vengo con mi primer nail art de navidad para este 2014. Yo no me emociono mucho por estas fechas, si me leen hace rato, lo saben; pero me encanta divertirme con diseños de nail art! 

El que les traigo hoy es de una hojita de Holly o Acebo en spañol que vemos mucho en las decoraciones para navidad. Los colores qu usé fueron el Milani 3D - 510 y Flormar Sorbet - S02. También usé un palillo de dientes y rhinestones rojos y brillo. El manicure lo hice siguiendo este fácil tutorial de Cute polish . Cuéntenme si ya tienen el espiritu de la navidad y que es lo que más aman de estas fechas?

Hi! today i have my first 2014 christmas nail art! I don't get too excited about this season, if you've been reading me for a while you know this, but i do like to have fun with nail art! 

So here's my Holly nail art design. I used Milani 3D - 510 and Flormar Sorbet - S02. I also used a toothpick and red rhinestones. I did this nail art following Cute polish  super easy tutorial. Tell me if you love christmas and what do you love more about this season!

Nail Vinyls!

Hola! hoy les muestro algo nuevo para mi, Nail vinyls, los nail vinyls son adhesivos plásticos de diferentes formas y colores que se pueden usar para hacer más fácil el nail art. Los mios los compré en Make it stick designs y entre su gran variedad escogí chevrons negros y líneas negras con corazones negros. Estos que les muestro hoy son de María Emma de My nails diary PTY y son chevrones blancos. 

Pinté mis uñas de los dedos meñiques e índice con dos capas de Orly - Beach crusier, la uña de mi dedo anular con dos capas de Milani - 509 HD, la uña de mi dedo medio con esmalte negro y por último la de mi dedo pulgar con dos capas de  KB Shimmer - Its Razzical. Sobre mi dedo medio pegué tres chevrones blancos con la ayuda de una pinza de cejas. 

Como pueden ver era mi primera vez probando los nail vinyls y no los ubiqué ni recorté muy bien las orillas pero me encantó poder recrear un manicure que tenía hace mucho tiempo en mi Board de nail art en Pinterest y no podía hacerlo porque los chevrons no me  salían a mano! Han usado nail vinyls o les gustaría probarlos? que les parecen?

Hi! today i have to  show you something new i tried, Nail Vinyls. Nail vinyls are plastic stickers, they come in different shapes and colors to make nail art so much easier. I got mine at Make it stick designs and among the huge variety i picked black chevrons and black stripes and hearts. The white chevrons im showing you today are Maria emma's from My nails diary PTY.

 To get this look i painted my little and pointer finger nails with two coats of Orly - Beach Crusier, my ring finger nail with two coats of Milani -509 HD, my middle finger nail with black nail polish and my thumb finger nail with two coats of KB shimmer - Its razzical. On my middle finger nail i placed three white chevrons using tweezers. 

As you can see the placing was not perfect and i didn't cut all right the edges of the vinyls but hey! it was my first time! and i loved to finally be able to recreate a manicure that has been on my Pinterest nail art board for months and i couldn't do it because i can't do freehand chevrons. Do you use nail vynils? would you like to try them? do you like them?

Rose and Gold

Hola! hoy les tengo este manicure que me hice pintando todas mis uñas con dos capas de Neon Amethyst de Kleancolor  y añadiendole brillo ya que es un esmalte de acabado matte y en mi uña del dedo anular pinté dos capas de Milani 3D- 510 con un poco de Sephora - Only gold for me. Les gusta? 

Hi! today's manicure is my nails painted with two coats of Kleancolor - Neon Amethyst and topcoat since it is a matte nail polish, then i painted my ring finger nail with two coats of Milani 3D - 510 and a little of Sephora - Only gold for me on top. Do you like it?

Sparkly Pink

Hola! hoy tengo un manicure con mucho brillo! Me gustó como se veia Tip toe Pink de Milani con OPI - Teenage dream así que pintpé dos capas del rosa en mis uñas y tres encima para obtener un efecto super escarchado, las fotos no le hacen justicia a este manicure brillaba mucho y se veía hermoso! Les gustan las uñas rosadas?

Hi! today i have a super sparkly manicure! I liked how Milani tip toe pink looked with some OPI - Teenage dream on topso i painted my nail with two coats of pink and three of glitter so get a glitter packed look. Pictures can´t  show how cute and sparkly this manicure was. I loved it!, Do you guys like pink nails?

Easter 2014 nails

Hola!! Hoy les traigo mis manicures de Pascua. El primero que les voy a mostrar lo hice para participar en el concurso de Flormar Panamá de Nail art de pascua. Este diseño lo hice a mano, con ayuda de mi puntero. 

Usé además de mi base y mi esmalte rojo Flormar, Usé esmalte Paola blanco tiza, esmalte amarillo Darosa, esmalte verde Darosa,  OPI - Cant find my czechbook, OPI - Sparrow me the drama, esmalte Paola negro y Paola Flambe.

Como pueden ver en la foto en mi dedo pulgar pinté unas flores, en mi dedo índice, un pollito, en mi dedo medio una conejita sobre un fondo degradado de verde y celeste  y en mis dedos anular y meñique, pinté diseños de huevos de pascua. 

El segundo manicure que les tengo hoy es más sencillo ya que son colores sólidos pasteles que combiné. En mi pulgar y mi meñique pinté dos capas de Milani Tip toe pink y tres capas de OPI - Teenage dream, En mi dedo índice dos capas de Milani - Tip toe Pink, en mi dedo medio, dos capas de OPI  - Pink flamingos y por último en mi dedo anular, tres capas de OPI - Can't find my czechbook. 

Que les parecen estos manicures? cual de los dos prefieren? 

Hi! today i have my easter manicures. First, i will show you a nail art design i did as my entry to Flormar Panama easter nail art contest. Its a free hand design i did using my dotting tool. 

I used my Flormar no more breaks basecoat and Flormar red nail polish,  of course. Also i used Paola white, black and flambe nail polish, green and yellow Darosa nail polish, Sparrow me the drama and Can't find my czechbook by OPI.  

As you can see on pictures i painted two flowers on my thumb, on mi pointer i painted an easter chick, on my middle finger i painted a little bunny over a green/blue gradient, and on my ring and little finger i panted easter egg designs. 

My second manicure for today its a simple color combo. On my thumb and pinky i painted two coats of Milani  - Tip toe pink and three coats of OPI - Teenage dream, on my pointer finger i painted two coats of Milani - Tip toe pink, on my middle finger, two coats of OPI - Pink Flamingos and on my ring finger three coats of OPI - Can't find my czechbook.

Valentine's day 2014 manicure

Hola!! hoy les muestro el manicure que tengo en este día de San Valentín. Me fui por una opción fácil y rápida ya que no tenía muchos ánimos de ponerme creativa con el nail art. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de First date at the golden gate de OPI y mi dedo anular dos capas de Milani 3D - 510, en la que tambíen estampé un diseño de corazón de la placa BM -02 de Bundle Monster, esmalte negro Darosa y listo!

Hi! today i have my St. Valentines manicure! I went for the easy and quick option since i wasn't really in the mood to do nail art. I painted my nails with two coats of First date at the golden gate by OPI, and painted an accent nail on my ring finger  using Milani 3D- 510, there i stamped a heart design using my BM -02 Bundle monster image plate with Darosa black nail polish and done!

Hola! hoy tengo otro manicure inspirado en un nail art hecho por otra persona. En esta ocasión es Posh Nail Art quien hizo un manicure parecido con Essie -Cashmere bathrobe. Pueden ver el original en el link. Para mi versión usé Esmalte rojo Flormar, mi placa de estampado Konad M-57, esmalte negro Darosa, Essie - Cashmere bathrobe y  Milani 3D - 510

Hola! hoy les tengo un Nail art sencillo. Este fue inspirado por el instagram de Fierce makeup and nails Nory hace unos swatches hermoso y el nail art más cool! Ella utilizó los esmaltes de la nueva colección de OPI y Gwen Stefani pero como yo no los tengo (aun) Usé algunos de mi stash Paola - Pretty y  Milani 3D - 510. Solo alterné los colores y con la misma brocha del esmalte hice una línea vertical. Super Fácil!

Hi! today i have an easy nail art manicure. This was inspired by Fierce Makeup and nails  instagram profile. Nory has awesome swatches and cool nail art!. She used two nail polishes from the new Gwen Stefani Collection but since i dont own any of them (yet) i used some from my stash. Paola Pretty and Milani 3D -510. I just switched the colors on my nails and with the brush i painted a vertical line on the middle of my nail. So easy!

Too many accent nails?

Hola! hoy otro manicure rápido. A veces siento que abuso de los accent nails pero es que me encantan y me parece una forma fácil de añadir un detalle de color a los manicures. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de instant iris de Sally Hansen y en mi dedo anular pinté mi uña con tres capas de Milani 3D -510.

Hi! today i have another super quick manicure. Sometimes i feel like i over use accent nails manicures but i think its just an easy way to add a spark of color to plain manicures. I painted my nails with two coats of instant iris by Sally Hansen and on my ring finger nail i applied three coats of Milani 3D -510.
