Hola! Hoy les tengo swatches de este esmalte que me llegó en mi Vintage bag pty se trata del esmalte Diamonds de Sally Hansen Diamond Strenght. Es un esmalte de frómula delgada con micro escarchas, no es muy pigmentado porque se trata de un topper, es decir, un esmalte que puedes aplicar sobre otro para crear un efecto. En las fotos tengo tres capas. Que les parece?

Today i have swatches from the sally Hansen Diamond Strenght nail polish in Diamonds that i got on my Vintage Bag pty Its a sheer micro glitter nail polish and its not very opaque since its a topper, perfect to add on top of another color to create an amazing effect. On picture im wearing three coats of Diamonds on its own. What do you think? 

Pastel Goth Nails

Hola!! Por fin vengo con una entrada nueva en el blog y de uñas!! Hacia buen rato que no pasaba por acá y no crean que me olvidé del aniversario del blog. Ya son 5 años!! y puse un pequeño aviso en mi Instagram, si no me siguen, haganlo porque estoy mucho por allá y asi no se pierden de nada. También suscribanse a mi canal de youtube que tengo varios videos nuevos! he estado más activa por allá últimamente. Viene un giveaway claro que si, no puedo dejar pasar estos 5 años asi nada más pero he tenido algunos inconvenientes y estoy retrasada en eso.  

Sin más, les cuento que hace un rato me hice estas uñas, inspiradas en el Pastel Goth o Nu goth. Tengo mis sentimientos encontrados acerca de esta corriente que conocí andando por el internet me gusta la estética pero veo que está predominada por adolescentes y ehmm digamos que yo soy mayor y pues soy más classic o romantic goth. Cuentenme si ya habian oido de esta corriente y que opinan. 

Para estas uñas Pínté mis uñas de los dedos índice y meñique de color negro, la del dedo medio con dos capas de OPI Which its witch? y en mi dedo anular dos capas de Sea Foam de L.A colors. Cuando estuvo seco con el esmalte negro y un pincel delgado, dibujé las pequeñas cruces de forma aleatoria. Me encantó este manicure a ustedes que les parece? 

Hi! Finally im here with a new blog post and its about nails! Its been a while since I posted an entry but don’t think I forgot about the 5 years blogiversary! I didn’t and I posted a little advice at my Instagram profile so if you don’t follow me do it so you don’t miss any updates, I’ve been very active on my Youtube channel too so don’t forget to subscribe! Of course there will be a 5 year blogiversary giveaway but I been dealing with a couple of issues and im kind of late with that. So without further ado, I tell you about this mani I had a while ago inspired by Pastel or Nu Goth style. 

I have mixed feelings about this trend I found about on the internet I really like the esthetic but I see its mostly about teenagers and young people and lets be honest im not that young anymore and Im more of a classic or romantic goth. Tell me if you’d heard about this trend already and what do you think about it! 

So for this mani I painted my index and little finger’s nails with black nail polish, my middle finger with two coats of OPI which its witch? And on my ring finger I painted two coats of L.A colors Sea Foam. When it was dry I took a thin brush and painted randomly the little crosses. I loved how it turned out, what do you think?

A mani a week

Hi! its been forever since i posted nails, the reason is that my nails have been broken the last weeks, and they don't grow up enough when they break again on both my hands. Im taking care of them but they vere never this weak. I still like to paint my nails but having them so short and uneven, doesn't motivates me, so im painting them just once a week and in plain colors. But yersterday i decided to add a little charm to my plain mani. I painted my nails with two coats of OPI Suzi and the seven dusserdolfs, on my middle finger i painted two coats of OPI bush hour and then, on my ring finger i placed a purple rhinestone. Do you like it?

Hola! hace tanto tiempo que no posteo uñas y es porque mis uñas últimamente han estado muy quebradizas y débiles, no crecen lo suficiente y ya se rompen. Pero estoy cuidando de ellas mejor ya que nunca tuve ese tipo de problemas. Aún me gusta pintar mis uñas pero al tenerlas tan disparejas y cortas no me da mucha motivación, asi que solo las estoy pintando como una vez a la semana y en colores lisos. Pero anoche me dio por agregar un poquito de encanto a mis uñas simples pero de una forma muy fácil. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de Suzi and the  seven dusserdolfs de OPI, en mi dedo medio pinté dos capas de Blush hour también de OPI y en mi dedo anular pegué un rhinestone morado y listo! Les gusta?

Picture Polish - Columbia

Hola!! Feliz inicio de semana! Hoy vengo a contarles sobre otro esmalte Picture Polish que será descontinuado, Columbia de la colección inspírada en The Rocky Horror Picture Show, creo que ya les he contado que amo la película y este es otro que siempre quise y al saber que ya no estaría más y que le hicieron descuento, no podía dejarlo escapar. 

Columbia es un hermoso esmalte escarchado rojo, inspirado en el gatito de Columbia en la película. Obtuve cobertura completa con dos capas. Que les parece?

Hi! Happy Monday! today i want to show you another Picture Polish nail polish! this is going to be discontinued as well. Its Columbia from their Rocky Horror Picture Show collection, i think you guys know i love the movie and i've always liked this color as well so now it has a discount and i couldn't let it go! 

Columbia its a beautiful red glitter nail polish inspired by Columbia bow tie on the movie. I got complete coverage with two coats. What do you think? 

Picture Polish - Jasmine

Hola!! Hoy les vengo a mostrar un esmalte muy especial, Jasmine de Picture Polish, que es en colaboración con Traci del blog The Traceface Philes uno de mis blogs favoritos. Este esmalte está hecho en memoria de Jasmine, una hermosa perra Rodhesian Ridgeback que Tracy tenía. 

A mi siempre me gustó el color pero no es de los más económicos y como Picture Polish está ubicado en Australia, con los costos de shipping y todo lo demás me desanimaba a comprarlo xD Lastimosamente,este color va a ser descontinuado junto a otros más y decidí que no podía dejarlo pasar, ya que estaba en descuento así que finalmente lo tengo! después de estar para siempre en mi wishlist. 

Jasmine es un hermoso lila pastel con escarchas pequeñas de colores verdes, morados, plateados y azules, obtuve cobertura completa con dos capas, las escarchas no son para nada difíciles de sacar del frasco y el secado es bastante rápido. Hi! today im here to show you a very special nail polish. Its Jasmine by Picture Polish in collaboration with Traci from the blog The Traceface Philes, one of my all time favorite nail polish blogs. This nail polish is in memory of Jasmine, a beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback dog Traci had and passed away. 

I always loved the shade but the price wasn't the lowest and Picture Polish being based on Australia, shipping costs and all that fuss was a little to much for me, but sadly the shade among others is now being discontinued and i couldn't let it go, it has been forever on my wishlist! So i finally decided to get it! 

Jasmine is a beautiful lavender shade packed with blue, silver, purple and green small glitters. I got a full coverage with two coats and the drying time was pretty good. Revlon Color Stay Gel Envy - Long Shot

Hola! hoy vengo a mostrarles un esmalte que adquirí hace poco. Se trata del tono Long shot de la marca Revlon. Este esmalte realmente no es mío. Es de mi mamá que lo adquirió con la promoción Love is on que tiene Revlon latinoamerica en su Fanpage. Era un color sorpresa y le tocó este la verdad es que a ninguna de las dos nos encantó porque el naranja no es un color con el que nos sentimos cómodas. Yo también aproveché la oferta y me tocó un color que me agrada más y les estaré mostrando pronto. 

Este es un color naranja, de la línea Color Stay gel envy, la fórmula es muy buena, debo decir, muy opaca, ofrece cobertura completa casi con una sola capa y secá muy rápido. Hi! today im here to show you a nail polish i got recently. Its Long Shot from the Revlon Nail polish from their Color stay gel envy line. This particular color its not mine,its my mom's and she got it from The love is on offer Revlon has right now on their facebook fanpage. It was a surprise prize so this is the color she got and we weren't too excited about this shade since its a shade we both don't feel very comfortable in, i got a free nail polish as well and i got a more suitable shade for me i will show you soon. 

This is an orange color, the formula is very good its very opaque, giving a full coverage in almost one single coat, it dries very fast and i lasts many days. Hola!! Estoy de vuelta después de un par de semanas, estuve bastante ocupada y luego perdí el ritmo de bloggear! Hoy vengo a mostrarles un mani fail, digo que es fail porque no resultó como lo imaginaba en mi mente. El color morado que ven en las fotos es Lavenbaby de Kleancolor, también utilicé Everyday is my birthday de Kleancolor que es el escarchado, esmalte blanco y nail vinyls en forma de chevron, en las uñas con el diseño de chevron apliqué Lavenbaby con una esponja para crear un efecto degradado que no salió muy bien! Cuentenme sus nail art fails para compartir nuestras historias de fails xD

Hi! Im back! i got really busy and the i lost track of how to blog xD today im here with a mani fail, i say its a fail becasue it didn't turn out as i imagined it on my mind. The purple shade is Lavenbaby from Kleancolor, the glitter is Everyday its my birthday from Kleancolor, i also used white nail polish and chevron shaped nail vinyls. On the chevron accent nails i applied lavenbaby with a sponge to create a gradient effect  but it didn't turn out well. Share with me your nail art fails so i dont feel so bad about this mani please :D

Flying silver dragon!

Hola!! hoy vengo con otro manicure, se que ultimamente tengo uñas muy sencillas, simplemente no encuentro el tiempo para hacer cosas más elaboradas! Para este mani desempolvé de mi colección Flying Dragon de China Glaze, que es uno de los esmaltes más bellos que tengo y hace tiempo no usaba. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas y en mi dedo anular con una esponja, apliqué Which is witch de OPI dos veces, para que la uña quedara con mucho brillo y listo! Que les parece? 

Hi! today i have with a new mani, i know that lately my manicures are being super simple but i just don't find the time to try more artsy things. So for this mani i went to my stash and got my beloved Flying Dragon by China Glaze, this is seriously one of the most beautyful colors i own and i don't use it enough, so i painted two coats of it on my nails and on my ring finger nail i applied with a sponge two coats of OPI which is witch cause i wanted my nail to be really packed with glitters. So what do you think? 

L.A Colors - Daring

Hola!! hoy vengo a mostrarles otro esmalte de la línea gel extreme shine de L.A Colors Color Craze en el tono Daring. Es un celeste/cyan hermoso!! 

Obtuve cobertura completa en dos capas, la fórmula es un poco gruesa pero tiene un tiempo de secado normal. Me parece que el acabado gel, se acentua más si aplicas brillo encima como les comenté en las entradas anteriores de otros tonos de esta misma línea. 

Lo único malo que tengo para decir es que al quitarlo me manchó los dedos y las uñas terriblemente! incluso cuando usé dos capas de base, me costó mucho sacar el color de mis dedos y mis uñas. Con los otros dos, no tuve este problema. Ya ham probado estos esmaltes? Que les parece este color?

Hi!! Today i have to show you another Gel extreme shine by L.A colors Color craze in the color.

It is a beautiful cyan color! i got a complete coverage with two coats, the formula is kind of thick but the drying time is average. I do think as i said on the other two colors i reviewed here, that the gel-look pops out more if you use a topcoat.

The only bad thing that i have to say about this color its that i stained my fingers and nails so bad when i removed it! i was wearing two coats of basecoat but it stained my nails anyway and it was hard to take the color off of my fingers. With the other two colors i own i didn't had that problem. Have you tried this nail polishes? what do you think of this color?

Damsel Gradient

Hola! hoy les tengo un sencillo nail art usando mi color favorito, el morado. Fue facilísimo, pinté mis uñas con dos capas de Damsel de L.A Colors, cuando estuvo seco, con una esponja de maquillaje apliqué en las puntas Pucci- Licious de Color Club. Para añadir un detalle de brillo, cuando estuvo todo seco, pinté una capa de Plata de Paola, que es un esmalte de escarchas muy finias, plateadas. Cuentenme que opinan de este manicure? 

Hi! today i have an easy nail art featuring my favorite color. Purple! This was super easy to to. I Painted my nails with two coats of Damsel by L.A colors, when i was totally dry i applied with a make up sponge, a little bit of Pucci Licious by Color Club. To add some sparkle i painted one coat of Paola Plata which is a tiny silver glitter nail polish. So tell me what do you think of this mani? 

L.A Colors - Fierce

Hola!! hoy les tengo el review del otro esmalte que les comenté en la entrada anterior de L.A colors Color Craze gel-like finish. Este es el tono Fierce y es un rojo cereza brillante, hermoso! es un clásico rojo y lo compré porque es muy parecido a uno que tenía y usé tanto que lo acabé. 

En las fotos tengo dos capas y y una capa de brillo, que acentúa aún más el acabado tipo gel. la fórmula es un poco gruesa, pero seca en un tiempo considerablemente bueno y la duración también es buena dentro de lo normal. Me encanta este color? que opinan ustedes? 

Hi! today i have swatches and review for my other pic from the L.A colors Color Craze gel-like finish nail polishes. This is Fierce and its a classic cherry red. I got it because i use to have one very similar and i loved so much i ran out of it. 

On pictures i have two coats and a top coat which enchances the gel-like finish. The formula its a little bit thick but the drying finish is average and the wearing time is average too. What do you think about this colors? do you like it?

L.A Colors - Damsel

Hola!! Hoy les tengo swatches y review de un nuevo esmalte de L.A colors Color Craze y su línea de esmaltes con acabado gel: Damsel. Estos esmaltes tienen un acabado tipo gel pero sin necesidad de usar una lámpara UV ni asistir a un salón de belleza. Este y otro más que luego les muestro, lo compré en Moist Accesories de Vía España aquí en la ciudad de Panamá 

Damsel es un lila de aspecto cremoso y delicado muy lindo. Estoy segura que tengo algún color similar pero estos tonos me encantan. La fórmula es muy opaca, obtuve buena cobertura con sólo una capa, pero en las fotos pinté dos para tener un mejor look. El acabado tipo gel si se nota al secarse el esmalte pero me parece que con un buen brillo, el acabado en gel se logra notar más. Que les parece este color? Ya han probrado esta línea con acabado gel? 

Hi! Today i have swatches and review from one of the new L.A colors Color craze and their gel like nail polishes: Damsel. These colors have a gel-like finish without needing an UV lamp or going to an actual nail salon. I got this one and other I will show you guys later at Moist Accessories in Via España, Panama city. 

Damsel is a crème lilac nail polish and its oh so delicate and pretty! Im sure I have a similar color somewhere on my stash but I love this shades! Formula is really opaque, I got a nice coverage with just one coat but on pictures im wearing two to get a fine look. The gel like finish its definitely there but I think you can get it to be stronger by adding a good topcoat. So tell me what you think about this color and if you had ever tried this gel- like nail polishes from L.A Colors!

OPI - Blush Hour

Hola!! Espero que esten teniendo un excelente lunes! hoy vengo a mostrarles este esmalte de OPI, que compré hace poco. Blush Hour. Como pueden ver en las fotos es un esmalte de escarchas rosadas sobre una base rosada transparente. 

Este esmalte ya tiene algún tiempo en el mercado y es parte de la colección Spotlight on glitter que salió en 2014 y se trataban de esmaltes glitter lanzados anteriormente, con otros nombres, como que ya les había mostrado antes aquí en el blog con I reached my gold y Chasing Rainbows. 

Se puede usar sobre otro color si desean, yo en las fotos tengo base transparente para proteger mis uñas, 3 capas de OPI Blush Hour y Brillo. Que les parece? 

Hi! hope you are having a great monday! Today im here to show you this new (new to me since i just got it) OPI nail polish. Blush Hour. As you can see on pictures this is a pink glitter nail polish with a pink tinted transparent base. This one has been out in the market for a while, its part of Spotlight on glitter collection 2014 where OPI re-labeled some colors from other collections as i already showed you on the blog before with I reached my gold and Chasing Rainbows 

You can use it layered if you want or like me, on pictures, im wearing transparent basecoat, 3 coats of OPI Blush Hour and topcoat. What do you think?

Water marbling

Hola!! Esta semana tuvo un inicio un poquito difícil para mi pero aquí estoy, con un manicure de water marble. Les cuento, pinté mis uñas con Pucci - licious de Color Club y probé con los esmaltes Morgan Taylor Party at the palace  y Watch your step sister a ver si funcionaban y si lo hacen!! se extienden muy bien en el agua e hice el diseño water marble en mi dedo anular con una capa de pink slip de Sally Hansen. Para sellar el diseño y el color puse una capa de brillo Need for speed de Morgan Taylor. Que les parece?

Hi! so this week i had a kid of a rough start but im here! and i want to show you today this water marble manicure. So i painted my nails with Color Club Pucci-licious and i wanted to find out if Morgan Taylor nail polishes were good for water marble so i tried with party at the palace and watch your step sister, and Oh! they work! so i water marbled my ring finger to do an accent nail with those colors and using Sally Hansen - Pink Slip as a base and done! I painted one coat of Need for speed topcoat to protect the color and the design. What do you think?

 

Mint print

Hola! hoy vengo con un diseño que estoy segura que me han visto mucho pero es que me encanta!! Estampado de leopardo o cheetah? Cual es la diferencia? no lo tengo claro. 

Para este manicure usé Mint apple de Sinful Colors pinté mis uñas de de los dedos pulgares, medio y meñique, esmalte especial Konad negro para estampar el diseño, la placa de estampar de Konad M-57, el top coat Only gold for me de Sephora para añadir escarchas doradas y el esmalte Milani 3D-510 dorado que pinté en mis uñas de los dedos índice y anular. Cuentenme les parece este diseño?

Hi! today i have a mani im sure you've seen before, cause i love it! Its cheetah print or is it leopard? whats the difference anyway? i dont really know! 

For this mani i used Sinful colors Mint apple on my thumb, middle and little finger's nails, Black Konad stamping special polish, Konad image plate M-57, Only gold for me Sephora topcoat to add some gold glitter and Milani 3D-510 on my pointer and ring finger nails. I love love this design, what do you guys think? 

Morgan Taylor Cinderella Collection (Picture Heavy)

Hola! hoy vengo con una reseña de una nueva marca de esmaltes que he estado probado durante los últimos días. Morgan Taylor. Seguro si me siguen en mi canal de Youtube o mi instagram ya han visto varios posts. Yo conocía esta marca por medio del internet pero no la había probado ya que no se encontraban en Panamá, pero gracias a los amigos de pbd beauty supply que recientemente han traido la marca al país al fin pude tener la experiencia de probar estos bellos esmaltes. 

Tengo para mostrarles 4 tonos de la colección inspirada en la nueva película de Cenicienta. También pude pobar la base Stick with it que de la marca, muy importante, ya que siempre debemos usar base antes de pintar las uñas para cuidarlas correctamente y el topcoat Need for speed que es un brillo de secado rápido que agrega una capa de protección al color, hace que dure mucho más y da un hermoso acabado más limpio y profesional. Sin más comenzamos con una breve descripción y mis impresiones de cada color :) 

Party at the Palace: Es un color celeste/verde que se denomina Teal, algunos también podrían describirlo como un celeste Tiffany, con fuertes shimmers dorados que se ven tanto en la botella como en la uña. Para obtener cobertura completa necesité dos capas generosas, pero estoy segura que con tres capas queda  muy bien. Este fue uno de mis favoritos.

 

If the slipper fits: OMG este es un esmalte plateado, con un tono azul cromo hermoso! brilla muchísimo y tiene micro glitters y mini hexágonos holográficos, es waooo. Lo amé. Obtuve cobertura completa con 3 capas. 

Watch out sister: Es un rosado/coral  de acabado cremoso. La fórmula es un poco gruesa por lo que recomiendo que se aplique con brochazos rápidos y seguros, ya que si lo pasas mucho puedes arrastrar el color en lugar de obtener la cobertura que buscas. En las fotos tengo tres capas para una cobertura total de la uña. A primera impresión pensé que este sería mi favorito y si me encanta pero los otros me enamoraron. 

Ella of a girl: Es un esmalte rosado/Baby Pink de acabado cremoso, al igual que el esmalte anterior, es de fórmula un poco gruesa y recomiendo una aplicación ágil. Obtuve cobertura completa con dos capas generosas o tres capas normales. Es un color muy lindo y delicado, genial para uso diario. 

En general quedé muy contenta con la calidad de los esmaltes Morgan Taylor duran varios días sin descascarillarse o caerse, y junto a la base stick with it y el topcoat need for speed quedan muy lindo en las uñas y con un look muy limpio y elegante. 

Me encantaría seguir probando otros colores que por cierto, hay muchisimos y muy bellos! Esta colección de Cenicienta en particular, es perfecta para la temporada de pascua/primavera. Ya han probado estos esmaltes? si no, cuentenmé que les han parecido estos que les acabo de mostrar? 

Hi! Today im here with swatches and review from a new brand i’ve been trying lately Morgan Taylor. If you follow me on instagram or my youtube channel you probably already know.  I first heard about this brand on internet but they weren’t available here in Panamá but thanks to pbd beauty supply  who brought it here to the country  recently I was finally able to try them. 

I have four different colors to show you today from the Cinderella Collection.  I also tried them with the stick with it basecoat which is very important, to put on a basecoat before painting your nails to take good care of them, and the need for speed topcoat which is a fast drying topcoat that adds shine and protection to the color, and makes your manicure looks more neat and professional. So without further ado here you have pictures and a short review of each one :)  

Party at the Palace: Is a very pretty teal color or maybe a Tiffany blue?  It has golden shimmers that you can see on the bottle and transfer really good on the nails! To get a full coverage I painted 2 generous coats but im sure I comes out great with three.  This was one of my favorites. 

If the slipper fits: OMG this is an amazing silver/blue chrome  with holographic micro glitters and mini hexes. Its really gorgeous. I  loved it so much! I got full coverage with three coats.

Watch out sister: Is a coral pink crème nail polish. The formula was a little thick so I do recommend applying it with quick and good strokes instead of dragging it cause you can get kind of bald spots. I got full coverage with three coats.  I thought this was going to be my favorite,  I do love it but I fell in love with some of the other colors. 

Ella of a girl: Is a baby pink crème nail polish, the same kind of thick formula as the previous one, but nothing too hard to work with.  I got full coverage with three coats as well. I think this is a very pretty nail polish it looks delicate and its great to wear it on a daily basis. 

So overall, i loved all the colors, im very impressed with the quality, they last several days without chipping at all and if you use them along with the basecoat and topcoat you will get a beautiful manicure with a great looking finish. 

I would love to try more Morgan Taylor colors, by the way there are so many and they are gorgeous! This Cinderella collection is perfect for this spring season.
