Depression Awareness Manicure

Segundo post del día! Les dije que tengo muchos manicures que quiero compartirles antes que acabe octubre y de pronto veo que casi se ha acabado ya!! El mes de octubre es el mes de la concientización de la depresión, les he hablado antes sobre este tema y saben que es algo que me toca personalmente. Es por eso que quise crear este manicure en verde,que es el color de la causa. Usé Happy ending de Sinful colors y un esmalte verde Darosa sin nombre que tiene acabado brillante, para crear un manicure con efecto degradado. 

Si ustedes están deprimidos, no duden en buscar ayuda, se siente como si nunca nada va a estar bien pero créanme hay varias maneras de estarlo. Si alguien que conocen está deprimido, compréndanlos y apóyenlos. 

Hi! Second post in a day! I told you I have many ideas I want to share before October is over but it is almost over!! So I have to do something it went to quickly! October is Depression Awareness month and I’ve talk about this before here so if you have some time reading me you know this is a cause that its really close to me. That’s why I wanted to share this manicure, since green is the color of the cause. I created a green gradient using Happy Ending by Sinful Colors and a darker shade of green, the brand is Darosa but its unlabeled, It has some silver shimmers. 

Remember if you are depressed look for professional help, I know it feels like never is going to be ok and it will never be over but believe me, there’s a way. If someone you know it depressed understand them and be supportive.
