Sally Hansen Diamond Strenght - Diamonds

Hola! Hoy les tengo swatches de este esmalte que me llegó en mi Vintage bag pty se trata del esmalte Diamonds de Sally Hansen Diamond Strenght. Es un esmalte de frómula delgada con micro escarchas, no es muy pigmentado porque se trata de un topper, es decir, un esmalte que puedes aplicar sobre otro para crear un efecto. En las fotos tengo tres capas. Que les parece?

Hi! Today i have swatches from the sally Hansen Diamond Strenght nail polish in Diamonds that i got on my Vintage Bag pty Its a sheer micro glitter nail polish and its not very opaque since its a topper, perfect to add on top of another color to create an amazing effect. On picture im wearing three coats of Diamonds on its own. What do you think?

I love Halloween

Hola! les traigo mi primer manicure para Halloween de este año. Está inspirado por el diseño de  @traceybona  en Instagram. Pinté algunas puntas de mis uñas con Pronto Purple de Sally Hansen Insta dri, y otras con esmalte Darosa negro. Luego siguiendo el diseño, con una brocha delgada dibujé las telas de araña ( que no me salieron tan bien) y para darle el toque final, puse una capa de Paola - Silver sobre cada uña y listo! 

Espero regresar pronto con otro diseño de Halloween. Ya tengo varias ideas en mente :)

Hi! Today i have my first halloween manicure for 2013. Its inspired by @traceybona at Instagram. I painted some tips of my nails with two coats of Pronto purple by Sally Hansen Insta dri, and other with Darosa black nail polish, Following the design i painted with a thin brush the spiderwebs (they didn't came out so well) and to add the final step i painted one coat of Paola  - Silver on each nail.  

I hope to be back soon with more halloween themed manicures since i have a couple of more ideas!!

Red almond nails

Hola!! hoy les tengo un manicure de uñas rojas sencillas. El esmalte no es nuevo es Red Carpet de Sally Hansen pero con mis uñas en forma de almendra siento como si tuviera manos totalmente nuevas y quiero probar mis esmaltes favoritos!! 
Amo esta forma aunque no a mucha gente le guste y pienso que el rojo es un color perfecto para lucirlas uñas así. Las fotos las tomé en el patio de mi suegra junto a sus hermsas flores. Me gustaria tener un patio así para tener fotos tan hermosas todos los días. 

Hi! today i have a plain red manicure. This nail polish is not new, it is Red Carpet  y Sally Hansen but with my almond - shaped nails i feel like i have brand new hands! and i want to try my favorite nail polishes  over and over again. 
I love this shape even if not many people likes it and i think red is a perfect color to rock them! I took this photos at my boyfriend's mom backyard, with her flowers. I wish i had a backyard like this to take amazing photos everyday! 

Glittery red nail polish comparison

Hola! hoy les tengo un post de comparación de esmaltes. Este es el primer post de este tipo que hago y en el voy a comprarar cuatro esmaltes muy similares o "dupes". Los dupes con esmaltes de diferentes marcas o colecciones que parecen dobles uno del otro. 

Comparé Leading lady de Essie que es de la colección de invierno 2012, Ruby pumps de China Glaze de la colección Wizard of Ohh Ahz 2009, Berry and bright de la colección de navidad de Color Club 2012 and Red Carpet de Sally Hansen X-treme wear. Los cuatro esmaltes son rojos con brillos muy hermosos. 

Leading lady es un rojo ligeramente más oscuro que los demás, seca un poco opaco por lo que necesita una buena capa de brillo. 
Ruby pumps es mi esmalte favorito de todo el mundo el tono de rojo es un poco más vivo y los brillos delicados. 
Berry and bright no es exactamente escarchado, es más bien de acabado metálico pero lo incluí en la comparación porque el tono de rojo es muy parecido a los otros y finalmente Red Carpet, que creo que es el más parecido a Ruby Pumps. 

Cual creen que es más bonito? notarían la diferencia si los vieran en un manicure sin saber sus nombres? Personalmente pienso que ninguno le gana a Ruby Pumps! En las fotos estaba usando dos capas de cada uno, excepto de Red carpet que usé tres al tener una fórmula un poco más delgada y brillo. 

Hi! today i have a comparison post. This is my first comparison post ever and im going to compare four very similar nail polishes or dupes. Dupes are nail polishes from different collections or diferent brands that are so similar between them, that they look like twin brothers.  

I compared Leading Lady by Essie from the winter collection 2012, Ruby Pumps by China Glaze from the Wizard of Ohh Ahz 2009 collection, Berry and Bright by Color Club winter 2012 collection and Red Carpet by Sally Hansen X-treme wear. The four of them are very beautiful sparkly reds. 

Leading Lady is an opaque red. Its darker than the others and it dries a little weird so you will need a nice coat of topcoat to make it pop.
 Ruby Pumps is my favorite nail polish in the entire world! is a brighter red and the glitters are delicate. 

Berry and bright its not exactly a glittery nail polish but the red shade is very similar to the others so i wanted to compare it. And finally Red Carpet which i think its the most similar to Ruby Pumps out of the other three. 

Which one you think its the most beautiful? Could you spot the difference  if you didn't knew the names? Personally i think Ruby Pumps is the winner! On pictures i was wearing two coats of all of the nail polishes except Red Carpet, i used three coats since its formula is a little sheer and topcoat.

Essie - Leading Lady

Hola! hoy les tengo otro Essie. Leading Lady es un esmalte rojo escarchado de acabado jelly  muy similar a Sally Hansen - Red Carpet y China Glaze - Ruby Pumps. Es parte de la colección de invierno 2012 de Essie. Yo no me puedo resistir a un rojo tan brillante! me encantó. Les prometo un post de comparación pronto. En las fotos usé dos capas y una capa de brillo. 

Hi! today i have another Essie nail polish. Leading lady is a glittery red jelly finish nail polish very similar to Sally Hansen - Red Carpet and China Glaze - Ruby Pumps.  Part of the winter 2012 collection by Essie. I cant resist a bright red nail polish so i loved it! I promise i will write a comparison post soon. On pictures i was wearing two coats and topcoat.

Too many accent nails?

Hola! hoy otro manicure rápido. A veces siento que abuso de los accent nails pero es que me encantan y me parece una forma fácil de añadir un detalle de color a los manicures. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de instant iris de Sally Hansen y en mi dedo anular pinté mi uña con tres capas de Milani 3D -510.

Hi! today i have another super quick manicure. Sometimes i feel like i over use accent nails manicures but i think its just an easy way to add a spark of color to plain manicures. I painted my nails with two coats of instant iris by Sally Hansen and on my ring finger nail i applied three coats of Milani 3D -510.
