Damsel Gradient

Hola! hoy les tengo un sencillo nail art usando mi color favorito, el morado. Fue facilísimo, pinté mis uñas con dos capas de Damsel de L.A Colors, cuando estuvo seco, con una esponja de maquillaje apliqué en las puntas Pucci- Licious de Color Club. Para añadir un detalle de brillo, cuando estuvo todo seco, pinté una capa de Plata de Paola, que es un esmalte de escarchas muy finias, plateadas. Cuentenme que opinan de este manicure? 

Hi! today i have an easy nail art featuring my favorite color. Purple! This was super easy to to. I Painted my nails with two coats of Damsel by L.A colors, when i was totally dry i applied with a make up sponge, a little bit of Pucci Licious by Color Club. To add some sparkle i painted one coat of Paola Plata which is a tiny silver glitter nail polish. So tell me what do you think of this mani? 

Water marbling

Hola!! Esta semana tuvo un inicio un poquito difícil para mi pero aquí estoy, con un manicure de water marble. Les cuento, pinté mis uñas con Pucci - licious de Color Club y probé con los esmaltes Morgan Taylor Party at the palace  y Watch your step sister a ver si funcionaban y si lo hacen!! se extienden muy bien en el agua e hice el diseño water marble en mi dedo anular con una capa de pink slip de Sally Hansen. Para sellar el diseño y el color puse una capa de brillo Need for speed de Morgan Taylor. Que les parece?

Hi! so this week i had a kid of a rough start but im here! and i want to show you today this water marble manicure. So i painted my nails with Color Club Pucci-licious and i wanted to find out if Morgan Taylor nail polishes were good for water marble so i tried with party at the palace and watch your step sister, and Oh! they work! so i water marbled my ring finger to do an accent nail with those colors and using Sally Hansen - Pink Slip as a base and done! I painted one coat of Need for speed topcoat to protect the color and the design. What do you think?

 

Pucci-Licious - Color Club

Hola! hoy tengo swatches y review de Pucci - Licious de Color club. Este es un esmalte lila o perwinkle con acabado cremoso como pueden ver en las fotos. Me puse super contenta cuando lo encontré porque estaba en mi board de nail polish wishlist de Pinterest hace rato!! 

El tiempo de secado no es súper rápido pero creo que es aceptable. En las fotos tengo dos capas y una capa de brillo para obtener un mejor acabado. He leido en diferentes blogs que hay dos versiones de este color, no estoy segura de cual es este pero me encanta! Que les parece este color?

Hi! today i have swatches and review from Pucci-Licious from Color Club. This is a periwinkle color with créme finish as you can see on the pictures. I was super happy when i found this one because it was on my pinterest nail polish wishlist board forever!!

Drying time was not the fastest but i think its ok. I've read there are two versions of this nail polish im not sure which one i got but i love it! What do you think?

Color Club - Ruby Slippers

Hola!! Ya están listos para carnavales/San Valentín? Yo no celebro activamente ninguno de los dos la verdad pero les deseo que hagan lo que hagan, celebren lo que celebren, lo pasen super. 

Hoy con mood de San Valentín les traigo swatches y review de este hermoso esmalte Color Club. Se llama Ruby Slippers y es un rojo escarchado muy bonito. Es similar a Ruby Pumps de China Glaze y otros escarchados rojos que tengo, pero no me puedo resistir. Les dejo el link de un post de comparacion que hice hace tiempo ya. 

Como siempre con la marca Color Club, el tiempo de secado y duración es muy bueno. Es un esmalte bastante pigmentado, casi obtuve cobertura completa con solo una capa. 

Hi! Are you guys ready for Valentines? here in Panamá we are having carnivals and St. Valentines on the same day! i don't really care about either of them but i wish you get to share with those you love! So today i have swatches and review of Ruby Slippers by Color Club. I think its perfect for valentines since its a red glitter nail polish very similar to China Glaze ruby pumps and others i own. Here's an old comparison post i wrote a while ago. As always Colro club nail polish are great, nice drying time, and it was almost a one coater. What do you think about this beauty?

Color Club - Otherworldly

Hola! Hoy vengo con swatches y review de un esmalte de la marca Color Club que compré hace poco en una nueva tienda de cosméticos en Panamá llamada Beauty Box, luego les cuento más de la tienda pero la buena noticia es que tienen una gran variedad de esmaltes Color Club! Yo elegí tres y este es el primero. Otherworldly. 

Este esmalte es de la colección Starry Temptress de verano 2011. Es un esmalte azul brillante con brillos. Los brillos no resaltan mucho, de hecho se ven casi blancos pero me gustó porque le da un efecto más profundo e interesante al esmalte. 

La fórmula es muy buena, casi obtuve una cobertura completa con una sola capa, añadí otra para obtener un mejor acabado y terminé agregando una capa de brillo para proteger el color. Que opinan de este color? 

 Hi! Today i have swatches and review from a new Color Club nail polish i got recently on a new make up store here in Panamá. The store is Beauty Box and im so happy because they have this brand! I some nail polishes and this is the first I want to show you. 

Otherworldly from the Starry Temptress 2011 summer collection. It’s a bright blue glitter nail polish. It its not super glittery in fact the glitters look kind of white but really like the effect it makes it look more interesting I think. 

Formula was very good it is almost a one coater but I painted two to get a better finish and I also added a light coat of top coat. What do you think?

Hola!! Espero que hayan pasado una super feliz navidad! Hoy vengo a contarles que he regresado a las uñas en forma de almendra. Creo que ya les he contado que me encanta esta forma y me hace sentirme más como mi misma. Se que este estilo no tiene muchos fans, pero para mí tiene algo especial. 

 Este sencillo manicure lo hice pintando mis uñas con dos capas de That's shore bright de China Glaze y en mi dedo anular dos capas de Harp on it de Color Club. Que opinan?

Hi! Hope you had a merry christmas! Today i want to tell you im back to almond nails! i think i've told you about how much i love this nail shape, it makes me feel like myself. I know many people doesen't like them tho for me they got something special.

Ruffian manicure fail

Hola!! hoy vengo a mostrarles un intento de uñas al estilo ruffian que resultó horrible  xD pero igual lo compartiré. Primero pinté mis uñas con dos capas de L.A colors -Sea foam. Luego, cuando estuvo seco, pinté una capa de Over the moon de Color club, pero solo tres cuartos de la uña, es decir sin llegar a la cutícula. 

Finalmente con mi puntero, en el borde donde se unen los dos colores, hice puntitos usando eternal beauty de Color club también. Como pueden ver en las fotos, no me quedaron parejas y bueno, la verdad es que el estilo Ruffian nunca me ha salido! Ustedes lo han intentado antes?

Hi! today im going to show you a nail art fail, i tried to get the ruffian style but it was a mess. First i painted my nails with two coats of Sea Foam by L.A colors, then i painted one coat of over the moon by Color Club, without getting all the way on to the cuticle, then on the line where the two colors mixed, using a dotting tool i painted little dots with Eternal beauty by Color Club.

 As you can see the lines weren't even and it looks awful. Did you ever tried Ruffian nails before?

Wednesday nail art

Hola! a todos! hoy vengo con un nail art usando mis nail vinyls en forma de Chevron.  Primero pinté mis uñas con esmalte blanco Paola, Cinderella de Sinful Colors y Harp on it de Color Club. Luego con un puntero, en mis uñas del dedo pulgar, índice, medio y meñique hice dos puntitos con esmalte negro Paola. Para terminar pegué dos nail vinyls en mi uña del dedo anular. Apliqué brillo para sellar y listo!! Que les parece este look? 

Hi! today i had a chevron nail vinyl manicure. I painted my nails with white nail polish, Cinderella by Sinful colors and Harp on it by Color Club. Then with a dotting tool i paited two little black dots on my thumb, pointer, middle and little finger nails. To finish i placed two black chevrons nail vinyls on my ring finger nail, applied a little bit of topcoat to protect the vinyls and nail polish and thats it! Do you guys like this look?

Hola! hoy les muestro este manicure sencillo. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de in the cable carpool lane de OPI y para agregar algo que resaltara pinté mi uña del dedo índice con dos capas de Harp on it de Color club. Les gusta la combinación?

Holo Chevrons

Hola!! Vengo a mostrarles mi segundo intento con los nail vinyls. Esta vez con chevrones negros. Simplemente pinté mis uñas con dos capas de Eternal Beauty de Color Club y en mi dedo anular pegué tres chevrones negros. Creo que me quedaron mejor que la primera vez. Que les parece?

Hi! im here to show you my second nail vinyl attempt. This time its black chevrons. I just painted my nails with two coats of Eternal Beauty by Color Club and on my ring finger i placed three black chevrons. I think i did a better job this time. What do you think?

Pastel skittles

Hola! hoy les tengo un manicure que me gustó mucho pero lastimosamente la iluminación no me ayudó para que se apreciara bien en fotos. 

Pinté mis uñas con diferentes colores: El dedo pulgar y meñique con dos capas de Petala de colorama y encima una capa solo en la punta de la uña con Teenage dream de OPI. En mis dedos índice y medio pinté dos capas de OPI - Can't find my czechbook y cerca de la cutícula hice dos puntitos con mi puntero uno encima del otro usando Harp on it de Color club halo hues. Finalmente en mi dedo anular pinté dos capas de OPI - Pink Flamingos e hice lo mismo de los puntitos con Harp on it.

Es triste que no se aprecien los detalles que hice con Harp on it ya que como saben, es un esmalte holográfico hermosisimo. Hasta la próxima! no olviden comentar :)

Hi! today i have a manicure i really loved it, but sadly the lighting wasn't the best and the pictures didn't came out well. I painted my nails with different colors. 

First my thumb and little finger nails with two coats of Colorma - Pétala and i topped just the tip of the nail with OPI - Teenage Dream.  On my pointer and middle finger nails i painted two coats of OPI - Can't find my czechbook and then i painted with my dotting tool two little dots of Harp on it by Color club each on top of the other. Finally on my ring finger nail i painted two coats of OPI - Pink flamingos and did the same dots, the same way with Harp on it by Color club. 

Its very sad you can't really see the holographic details with harp on it on the nails, since its such an amazing color :( See you next week! dont forget to comment :)

Suck in writing titles as much as i do? seriously a huge % of the time i take writing a post its thinking how to name it, and today i just' couldn't think about anything, im out of ideas and creativity. 

So today's manicure is a simple but cute i painted my nails with two coats of Essie - Bachelorette bash and on my ring finger i panted two coats of Color Club  - Eternal beauty. I loved this combo and had it on for almost a week! 

Tell me, how would you name this post? 

Soy muy mala en poner títulos, en serio gran porcentaje del tiempo que demoro para escribir una entrada, es lo que pierdo pensando en un nombre y hoy solo no pude pensar en nada, no tengo ideas ni creatividad! 

El manicure de hoy es un combo de colores simple pero muy lindo. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de Essie - Bachelorette Bash en mi dedo anular dos capas de Color Club - Eternal beauty. Me gustó mucho esta combinación tanto que la tuve por casi una semana.! 

Diganme, que nombres se les ocurren para esta entrada? como le hubieran puesto?

Color Club - Over the moon

Hola!! hoy tengo otro esmalte de mi haul de diciembre. Over the moon de Color Club Halo Hues 2013. Este esmalte lo quería cuando compré los anteriores pero al final no me decidí hasta ahora! No se porque esperé tanto! Es hermoso! Es un azul holográfico linear muy pigmentado, con cobertura completa en dos capas :)

Hi! today i have another nail polish from my december haul. Its Over the moon by Color Club Halo Hues 2013. I wanted this nail polish back when i bought some others but i didnt decide until now and i dont know why do i wanted so long! its so beautiful! its a blue linear holographic nail polish. highly pigmented and i got full coverage in two coats.

Trying to love short nails

Hola!! Les cuento que hace unos 5 días se me rompieron varias uñas, algunas con casi cuatro meses de no sufrir quiebres.. Como no me gustan las uñas disparejas decidí cortarmelas todas con mucho dolor ya que pronto estaré recibiendo la compra más grande de esmaltes que he hecho este año..Varios hermosos esmaltes para mostrales y justo ahora con mis uñas tan cortitas. Y es que le encuentro un encanto a las uñas largas pienso que son femeninas, sexies y que me conectan con ese lado "salvaje" por decirlo así. 

 Así que aquí estoy, tratando de amar mis uñas cortas que se ven lindas pero no me encantan tanto..A cuidarlas mucho y esperar que crezcan! Para este manicure usé dos capas de Pink Flamincos de OPI y para el estampado un image plate de Bundle Monster (no recuerdo el número en este momento) y Beyond de Color Club Halo Hues 2013.

 Hi!! so, like 5 days ago i broke some nail..after some months with 0 incidents it happened and since i dont like uneven nails i dediced to trim all the others, i was so sad because im so close to get my nail polishes i ordered, the biggest order of this year and now i have to swatch those beauties on nubbins.. the thing is i find long nails charming, they are feminine and sultry..so here i am. trying to take good care of them and waiting for them to grow back.

For this manicure i painted two coats of Pink flamencos by OPI and Beyond from Color club halo hues 2013 with a BM stamping plate for the design (sorry i don't remember the number) 
 

Blue Dotticure

Hola hoy tengo un dotticure. Dotticure se les llaman a los manicures con puntitos, viene de la palabra Dot. Que significa punto en inglés. Usé esmalte azul darosa y en mi meñique dos capas de Funkadelic de L.A colors. Para los puntitos usé un puntero y Beyon de Color Club Halo Hues. Super fácil !

Hi! today i have a Dotticure. I used Darosa blue nail polish and i painted an accent nail on my pinky finger using Funkadelic by L.A colos. With a dotting tool i painted random dots using Color Club Halo Hues Beyond. Super easy!

Halo Blue

Hola!! En una combinación parecida a la de ayer hoy les traigo este mancure en donde usé dos capas de Paola -Hielo y en mi dedo anular tres capas de Harp on it de Color Club Halo Hues. Creo que a estas alturas se han dado cuenta que me encantan la uñas acento! Ojalá el efecto holográfico se viera más pero les juro ue siempre que uso este tipo de esmaltes es el día más lluvioso del mundo :D

I know this combo its similar to yesterday's i painted my nails with two coats of Paola - Hielo and three coats of Harp on it by Color Club Halo Hues on my ring  finger...i think you all noticed i love accent nails by now right? I wish you could see the holo going on but i swear everytime i wear holographic nail polish its the rainiest day ever!

Glittery red nail polish comparison

Hola! hoy les tengo un post de comparación de esmaltes. Este es el primer post de este tipo que hago y en el voy a comprarar cuatro esmaltes muy similares o "dupes". Los dupes con esmaltes de diferentes marcas o colecciones que parecen dobles uno del otro. 

Comparé Leading lady de Essie que es de la colección de invierno 2012, Ruby pumps de China Glaze de la colección Wizard of Ohh Ahz 2009, Berry and bright de la colección de navidad de Color Club 2012 and Red Carpet de Sally Hansen X-treme wear. Los cuatro esmaltes son rojos con brillos muy hermosos. 

Leading lady es un rojo ligeramente más oscuro que los demás, seca un poco opaco por lo que necesita una buena capa de brillo. 
Ruby pumps es mi esmalte favorito de todo el mundo el tono de rojo es un poco más vivo y los brillos delicados. 
Berry and bright no es exactamente escarchado, es más bien de acabado metálico pero lo incluí en la comparación porque el tono de rojo es muy parecido a los otros y finalmente Red Carpet, que creo que es el más parecido a Ruby Pumps. 

Cual creen que es más bonito? notarían la diferencia si los vieran en un manicure sin saber sus nombres? Personalmente pienso que ninguno le gana a Ruby Pumps! En las fotos estaba usando dos capas de cada uno, excepto de Red carpet que usé tres al tener una fórmula un poco más delgada y brillo. 

Hi! today i have a comparison post. This is my first comparison post ever and im going to compare four very similar nail polishes or dupes. Dupes are nail polishes from different collections or diferent brands that are so similar between them, that they look like twin brothers.  

I compared Leading Lady by Essie from the winter collection 2012, Ruby Pumps by China Glaze from the Wizard of Ohh Ahz 2009 collection, Berry and Bright by Color Club winter 2012 collection and Red Carpet by Sally Hansen X-treme wear. The four of them are very beautiful sparkly reds. 

Leading Lady is an opaque red. Its darker than the others and it dries a little weird so you will need a nice coat of topcoat to make it pop.
 Ruby Pumps is my favorite nail polish in the entire world! is a brighter red and the glitters are delicate. 

Berry and bright its not exactly a glittery nail polish but the red shade is very similar to the others so i wanted to compare it. And finally Red Carpet which i think its the most similar to Ruby Pumps out of the other three. 

Which one you think its the most beautiful? Could you spot the difference  if you didn't knew the names? Personally i think Ruby Pumps is the winner! On pictures i was wearing two coats of all of the nail polishes except Red Carpet, i used three coats since its formula is a little sheer and topcoat.

Holo Zebra

Hola! hoy tengo un manicure estampado. Pinté mis uñas con dos capas de Daredevil de Sinful Colors y en en mi uña del dedo anular estampé el diseño de zebra de la placa m57 de Konad en negro, usando de fondo dos capas de Harp on it de Color club.

 Hi! today i have a stamping manicure. I painted my nails with to coats of Daredevil by Sinful colors and on my ring finger i stamped the zebra design from Konad image plate m57, using black nail polish over two coats of Harp on it by Color Club. 

Daughter and mom cupcakes

Hola! hoy tengo dos manicures que mostrales. Es el mismo solo que diferentes colores. Uno que me hice a mi misma y otro que le hice a mi Mamá. Yo no suelo pintar las uñas de los demás, lo hago con personas especiales o familiares de vez en cuando solamente. A mi Mamá le encantó este diseño cuando lo vió pero lo quiso en otros colores. 

El diseño lo copié de Pinterest. El mío lo hice usando de base dos capas de You are such a budapest de OPI, los puntitos los hice usando esmalte blanco Paola  y un puntero. En mi uña del dedo anular pinté el cupcake usando nuevamente you are such a budapest de OPI y las rayitas las hice con Flying dragon de China Glaze y una brocha delgada. El icing del cupcake lo hice usando el puntero también, las chispitas con el puntero, usando Sparrow me the drama de OPI y la cerezita en forma de corazón la hice con Miss bliss de Color club halo hues, usando el puntero. 

Estos cupcakes me quedaron mejor que los primeros que hice y ya he mejorado con los corazoncitos a mano!  El diseño de mi mamá lo hice igual solo que en lugar de morado usé rosa, Pink flamencos de OPI, Sparrow me the drama de OPI para las chispitas del cupcake y las rayitas y para la cereza en forma de corazón, Eternal beauty de Color club halo hues.

Hi! Today i have two manicures to show you. Its the same just with two different color combinations. I did this manicure on my nails and my mom loved it so much that she wanted it too. I never do other peoples's nails, you have to be family or very special to me.  I took this design from Pinterest. 

Mine i did it using two coats of You are such a budapest by OPI, the little dots using white nail polish by Paola and my dotting tool. On my ring finger nail i painted the cupcake using You are such a budapest by OPI again and the stripes with Flying dragon by China glaze and a thin brush. I painted the  cupcake icing using more white nail polish by Paola and my dotting tool.

 The little sprinkles again with the dotting tool and Sparrow me the drama by OPI. I painted the heart shaped cherry on top using Color club halo hues Miss bliss. I did my mom's almost exactly the same, i just used pink instead of purple. For her nails i used two coats of Pink flamencos by OPI, Sparrow me the drama by OPI to paint the cupcake stripes and the little sprinkles and the heart shaped cherry is painted with Eternal beauty by Color club halo hues. 
I think this cupcakes came out better than my first ones and im getting better on doing the free hand hearts!
