The three Beauchamp women live in North Hampton, out on the tip of Long Island. They unearth their wands from the attic and begin casting spells on the townspeople. It all seems like a bit of good-natured, innocent magic, but then mysterious, violent attacks begin to plague the town.  I read this book months ago, i knew the series but i wanted to read it when i watched the tv series. I loved the plot about three witches and the different "curses" they bear, and obviously i liked the love part too. 

I can tell you this is a book if you want to read only to avoid boredom, i mean its not an excelent book but i liked most of it and i think if you are a Melissa de la Cruz's fan you can like it too. There are changes to from the book to the tv  series, some of them i didn't like but others i did, and i try to don't be too judging on book adaptations and keep an opend mind. This book can be qualified as a chick lit, meaning i think its written to attract a female or young women public. Did you read it? tell me!

Leí este libro hace meses, ya conocía la serie pero me llamó más la atención cuando vi la serie de televisión. Me gustó la premisa de las brujas y de las diferentes "maldiciones" que cada una tiene, además claro del componente romántico de la novela. 

Puedo decirles que es un libro entretenido, tal vez no excelente pero si son fans de Melissa De la Cruz probablemente les gustará. Obviamente hay cosas que han cambido del libro a la serie de televisión, algunos cambios me gustaron y otros no, yo siempre trato de no juzgar y ver las adaptaciones con mente amplia. 

Creo que está más decir que es un libro "chick lit" como se dice en inglés es decir, principalmente dirigido a mujeres o chicas. Lo han leido o han visto la serie? Cuentenme!
