El libro de Jade( Saga Vanir I) - Lena Valenti

Caleb es un hombre atormentado. Un vanirio, un ser inmortal creado por los dioses escandinavos para proteger a los humanos de aquellos que no han sabido resistirse a la sangre y al poder. Ahora ha llegado a Barcelona para dar con la extraña organización que está secuestrando y asesinando a todos aquellos que son como él. Eileen vivía su vida dentro de una apacible normalidad. Trabajaba en la empresa familiar como Relaciones Públicas, tenía un buen sueldo y quería con locura a su huskie y a los dos únicos amigos que mantenía desde la infancia. Además se acababa de licenciar en Pedagogía y le habían ofrecido un excelente trabajo en Londres en un proyecto de educación. Aquella era la oportunidad perfecta para huir de las garras de su padre, Mikhail, un hombre que no la quería y que la culpaba de la muerte de su madre Elena. Huiría de él por fin. Lo que no podía imaginar era que aquella misma noche un hombre iracundo y terriblemente atractivo la secuestraría y la introduciría a la fuerza en un mundo lleno de mitología, magia, clanes, sangre y pasión. 

 Desde que ví este libro en los blogs literarios que sigo me llamó mucho la atención y su portada, es el primero de la Saga Vanir y el único que tengo en físico, desafortunademente no he visto los demás en Panamá. Este lo compré en la Feria del libro 2013.

Sabía que era un libro de vampiros, tema que como saben me encanta pero fue una sorpresa para mi que también involucrara lobos! Amé el toque mágico de la historia y aunque Caleb no me volvió loca (en realidad no me cayó muy bien el personaje) es una hisotria muy interesante con todo el trasfondo de los clanes. 

Cuentemne si han leido este libro o los demás!  y si no lo han hecho, ¿les llama la atención leerlo?

 Eileen lived her live with a peaceful normality. She worked on her family business, she had a good job and loved her huskie and her only two childhood friends. Also she just graduated from her educational degree and had been offered an excellent job in London. That was her chance to run from her father's claws Mikhail, a man who never loved her and blamed her from her mother's death. She will finally run away from him. What she couldn't imagine was, that night an irritable and terribly attractive will kidnap her and forced her into a world full of mythology, magic, clans, blood and passion. Since i found out about this book i wanted to read it i loved the cover. Its the first from the Vanir Saga, and the only one i own as a physical copy. Sadly i haven't found the others here in Panama. I remember i bought this one at the Feria del libro 2013.  

I knew it was a vampire book, topic you know i love but i was surprised when i found out its about wolves too!  I loved the magic background of the story. I didn't like Caleb too much but its an interesting story with all the clans stuff.
