Revelación mesmérica (Antología) - Edgar Allan Poe

Periodo prolífico en su andadura como narrador, cronista y crítico de la ciudad de Nueva York, que le ha reconocido su merecido éxito. Poe nos conduce hacia el poder interior del mesmerismo e imagina un miedo a la muerte en vida, representado por la obsesión de ser enterrado vivo en el sepulcro.  La revancha de Dupin es también la de Poe, en un juego de espejos interiores, donde lo evidente está enmascarado por un triángulo de afectos, Pero al final, con el deseo como arma, puede alcanzarse el éxito definitivo frente al adversario aunque sea imposible.

Este libro lo compré en la pasada Feria del libro 2012  y lo leí hace algunos meses. Como fan de Poe al ver que tenía varios cuentos que no había leído no dudé en comprarlo. No tengo mucho que agregar pues la sinopsis nos dice casi todo lo que encontramos en él. El estilo único de Poe,  para narrar sucesos fantásticos y a la vez muy reales que a tantos lectores nos gusta :)

Poe lead us to the inner power of mesmerism and imagines a fear of dying alive, simbolyzed by the obsession of being buried alive. Dupin's revenge  is also Poe's, in a game inner mirrors, where the evident is masked by a triange of affections. I bought this book last year at "La feria del libro 2012"  and i read it a couple of months ago. As a Poe fan i had to have it when i saw it featured some tales i missed. Besides what you can read on the synopsis i don't have many things to add. It has Poe's unique style of telling fantastic and equally real stories that many Poe fans love.
